Dragons Are Rarely Quiet shawl

Dragons Are Rarely Quiet shawl.

Dragons Are Rarely Quiet shawl.

Twisting cables and Celtic knots turn this soft Merino yarn into an expressively colorful Dragons Are Never Quiet shawl. The half-round shape recreates the dragon’s wings, while the five-paneled cable spires, represent the intricate winged framework allowing for flight. But be warned. There is no shhshing this dragon to a quiet corner of the room.  This dragon demands to be seen!

Notes on project

Absolutely love how this turned out. The slip-stitch colorwork on the top half was a breeze to knit and love how the Gobsmacked yarn gradient worked with the Celtic knots. If I could wear green, I’d keep this one for myself. I just love how vibrant the mix of greens and purples are this Dragons shawl.
