Olympic Rainforest Shawl

Olympic Rainforest shawl.

Wrapped in the warmth of Blue-faced Leicester and silk, this lovely “Olympic Rainforest” shawl will comfort your soul. Just like wearing a hug from your closest friend. Its dark, navy blue to fresh spring green gradient color and leafy lace stitches work together to create a serene, forest-like sanctuary; a place to commune with nature and restore internal strength.

Notes on project

First time knitting Nim Teasdale’s Foliata and loved having an easy knit. This only took awhile for me because other projects had priority. I enjoyed being able to pick this up when I was too tired to think. PookGB yarns are so soft, even if they tend to be a bit heathered in the gradient. This green is so fresh and springlike. Very pleasant knit.

Color: Navy Bue to Spring Green Gradient
Size: One size (S – XL). Measures 60″ wide by 21″ long.
