A Taste of Forbidden Fruit shawl

A Taste of Forbidden Fruit shawl.

A Taste of Forbidden Fruit shawl, so luscious in this gorgeous Vivid Fiber Arts Bewitched Tencel, one can definitely be tempted to partake. A motif of Fig leaves cascade down this stunning shawl, creating a beautiful drape and shimmer as the lacy border ends with a sassy flounce. The perfect summer-wear shawl.

Notes on Project

This was a test knit for Nim Teasdale’s beautiful Lyrata pattern, which should be released soon. Very easy knit for the amount of drama it creates. I made the smaller size, using up my whole regular sized cake plus one end yardage. Very thrilled with how it turned out. The yarn is my favorite VFA Bewitched. Difficult to knit (and photograph) because of its darkness but oh so wonderful to wear. Needless to say, this one is a keeper.
