Soft and elegant, this beautiful, hand-knit, lace shawl is knit in a combination of cashmere, silk and baby alpaca that gradually fades from aqua to teal. The Fiori di Sole shawl pattern mimics delicate leaves blossoming into flowers. Definitely a perfect accessory to enhance any outfit.
I custom ordered this yarn from Moonlight Yarns in Bristol, England. The woman who creates these lovely colors runs a side business at Etsy and is wonderful to work with. She had this color done in a sock yarn but I needed lace-weight, so I special ordered it from her and she did a fantastic job with the colorshift. I love how this shawl knitted up.
The Fiori di sole pattern is so elegant and in this gradient yarn it came out gorgeous. I plan on using this pattern quite a bit. It went together without a hitch. Pattern well done by Romi Hill.
