Bright and cheerful red revitalizes winter’s dull, dreary days with this Radiant Rainy Day scarf. Hand-knit in a gorgeous ruby-red, Blue-faced Leicester wool and silk yarn, this scarf is anything but boring. The perfect accessory to bring some color to your winter wardrobe.
This stunning scarf is knit with Anne-Lise Maigaard’s Rainy Day shawl pattern in a beautiful red silk and blue-faced Leicester wool. The sheen from this yarn highlights the intricacies of the pattern and create one of the loveliest scarves I’ve made to date. This pattern was fairly simple to knit until I came to the last chart and ended up improvising since I couldn’t seem to get the stitch count to work out right.
