Frosted Swirls on a winter window pane adorn this cream-colored cowl knit in a lovely silk and merino wool. Hand-knit in the Jaali pattern, with an elegant pearl-colored, glass-beaded edge, this cowl adds a touch of flair to your wardrobe. The creamy hue compliments practically any color of clothing and the silky-soft, merino and silk yarn feels wonderful against your skin.
Since I loved how well the Frosted Swirls scarf knit up, I decided to do a cowl in the same yarn and pattern, only adding beads to the edging. I’m thrilled with the finished project. It’s gorgeous! In fact, now I’m tempted to knit a lace hat in the same pattern to match. This yarn makes any lace-knit pattern look so elegant, that it’ s hard not to rush out and buy more. But my stash is filled to the brim right now, so another skein of it will just have to wait.
