Hand knit in an elegant Tussah silk and Merino yarn, this lovely Mediterranean-blue Seascape Cowl is ultra-soft and has a beautiful drape along the neckline. Its wavy lines and swirls in the lace pattern along with the beautiful blue-green color, mimic a restless seascape.
This pattern is something I found on Pinterest, from a site in Russia, the posts .jpg images of lace patterns and their charts. I thought it was so pretty and decided that I had to knit it up in a lace cowl. I am very happy with the results. It’s gorgeous! I may even get adventurous and see if I can adapt it for a triangular shawl at some point. I also thought this was the last of my teal yarn, but I see I have enough to combine with a few other colors to create something new for the store, in stripes. Looking forward to that project. That’s what I love about having the store. I’m able to knit things I wouldn’t probably wear myself, but that others would love.
