Stunning crescent-shaped Amethyst Serendipity shawl in a gorgeous shade of amethyst purple. Delightfully delicate, this shawl is the perfect accessory for summer. Its metallic purple and teal seed beads add an elegance and compliment the picot edging.
I enjoyed knitting this pattern and love the final results The picot edging came out beautifully even if it took me two days to bind off. I’d never done a crescent-shaped shawl before so I was a little worried about blocking the shawl, but that ended up being much easier than I thought. I plan on using this pattern again for my yellow to green gradient shawl instead of the daffodil pattern. I just love how it drapes on the shoulders and think it will better suit the dress I’m making it for.
