Stunning midnight, royal and peacock blues combine to create this beaded, Aeolian Blues shawl. Knit in a gorgeous Blue-faced Leicester and silk yarn, this shawl shimmers in sumptuous elegance. Quite the eye-catcher; wear it only where you want to be noticed.
I love this shawl. I’m so tempted to keep it in my stash, but I know it won’t get worn as much as it should. I’ve always loved the Aeolian pattern and have made many, many shawls from it, but this one has to be one of the most gorgeous. The colors, the yarn, the pattern, the beads; they’re beyond beautiful. I only wish my camera could capture its loveliness. Like all of the shawls I post here, they are much prettier in person than a camera could ever capture.
