Alberta Blues shawl

Alberta Blues shawl.

Beautiful blues and teals combine to create this stunning Alberta Blues shawl. Knit in a gorgeous Blue-faced Leicester and silk yarn, this shawl is not only lovely to look at, it’s wonderful to touch. Whether you wear it as a scarf or shawl, this hand-knit accessory is sure to draw attention.

This is my second time knitting this pattern and even though I had enough yarn to knit the full pattern, I decided I liked the modified Haruni edging better. Maybe one of these days I’ll knit the full Alberta shawl, but I make no promises. Every time I get to the part where I do a second chart of leaves, I decided to modify the pattern. Something just calls out to me to finish it up this way.
